Economic Meltdown

In this economy a lot of people are looking for answers to there economic meltdown. There is a way out of financial distress create create create! If you are not the creative type you can latch on to someone that is. What I mean is new product that are in demand or create a demand. Sales is unlimited income for brand new products and there is a wide open market when you have exclusive property rights to the product and there is a need. Sometimes you have to alert the public to the need but when you do and the the need is clear you are are on your way to a economic explosion. You can right your own ticket. Example: You have a product that will save people money When they use your product the don't have to buy other product that they are currently buying. You product doesn't cost you any more than any one of the other products but it has several functions. You product is almost making the other products obsolete. All you would have to do is demonstrate to the the public at large the virtues of your product over the other products be bought and used by the existing customers and offer them a better way. Your product would be irresistible. How could you break into the market and loosen the strangle hold of your competitor? Acquisition! Buy a company that makes a competing product. How? Search for a company that is ripe for sale. I mean one that is barely making a profit. But make sure the company is making some money because you will need some cash flow. Try and get one that has contracts that are on going this will be attractive to investors. Contact the company and tell them you are interested in purchasing there company and you would like information about there company like spreadsheets and profit loss and projections (5 year). Create a proposal using there info and include your product info and the virtues and how you will increase sales by overwhelming the competition. See a lawyer and accountant that you can get to work with you and get paid when the deal is done and search for investors that are willing to put up the money to purchase the business plus extra to develop your product for market. The reason I said get a company that is making some money is because you will need cash flow to pay your salary after you pay your accounts receivable. This is the kind of innovation our country needs right now we need new products. We need invention and leadership.
